This advanced course provides a comprehensive and structured approach to upper eyelid blepharoplasty, combining aesthetic and functional principles. The program covers upper eyelid anatomy, aging changes, patient evaluation, surgical design, and step-by-step operative techniques, with strong emphasis on safety, tissue preservation, and complication prevention.

Through high-quality surgical videos and detailed visual modules, participants gain the theoretical knowledge required to perform upper eyelid rejuvenation procedures with precision and confidence, and to prepare for supervised hands-on surgical training.

    Assessment of brow position and its impact on eyelid aesthetics.
  • Module 4 – Direct Brow Lift
    Indications and technique overview for adjunctive brow lifting.
  • Module 5 – Eyelid Evaluation
    Clinical assessment of skin redundancy, muscle tone, and fat prolapse.
  • Module 6 – Simple Skin Blepharoplasty
    Skin-only excision technique and indications.
  • Module 7 – Resection of Muscle and Fat
    Skin–muscle flap approach and conservative fat management.
  • Module 8 – ROOF Debulk
    Indications and technique for ROOF reduction.
  • Module 9 – Complications
    Recognition and management of asymmetry, hematoma, lagophthalmos, and scarring.
  • Module 10 – Post-Care
    Postoperative care, edema control, scar management, and follow-up protocols.
