Thread Lift Advanced
A master-level thread lifting course focused on advanced lifting systems and proprietary techniques, including Silhouette Soft®, Aptos® methods, and high-demand aesthetic procedures such as Fox Eyes and lateral canthus repositioning.
This program is designed for experienced practitioners who already perform basic thread lifting and now seek precision lifting, vector engineering, and complex facial repositioning techniques. Emphasis is placed on deep anatomical understanding, advanced fixation strategies, and complication control, preparing participants for elite hands-on master classes and board-level certification.
- Level Advanced
- Category
- Estimated study time ~12 Hours
- Format Virtual (Interactive LMS) + Optional Hands-on Lab
Learning Objectives
- Profile facial types and skin qualities to select thread type, gauge, and barbing pattern
- Design advanced vectors (stacked, crossing, and anchor-based) for midface, jawline, brow, and neck
- Execute deep-plane anchoring, SMAS purchase, and secure fixation points
- Integrate threads with neurotoxin/filler/PRP for sequential or same-session protocols
- Prevent, recognize, and manage complex complications including track visibility and puckering
- Plan revisions and salvage strategies after suboptimal outcomes
