FAQ
Find clear answers to your questions
1Who can enroll in IZENCA courses?
IZENCA programs are designed for licensed healthcare professionals, including physicians (MD/DO), dentists (DDS/DMD), nurse practitioners, registered nurses, physician assistants, and medical/dental students in accredited institutions.
We do not accept non-medical applicants for clinical aesthetic training.
2Do I need previous experience in aesthetics to start?
No. IZENCA offers step-by-step learning pathways:
• Diploma Level – Beginner to intermediate
• Master Level – Advanced techniques
• Board Level – Leadership, case logs, and academic mastery
You may begin at your appropriate level, and our team can guide you if you're unsure where to start.
3Are your courses recognized or accredited?
Many IZENCA programs align with Mainpro+, AGD PACE, and recognized CME/CPD frameworks in Canada and internationally.
Courses involving hands-on training include standardized assessments, OSCE-style skill checks, and complication-management pathways.
Accreditation availability varies by program, and details are provided on each course page.
4Do your courses qualify me to perform procedures in Canada or my country?
IZENCA provides education, not regulatory authority.
Licensing, delegation, scope of practice, and medical regulations are governed by provincial and national medical/dental colleges.
You are responsible for complying with the regulations of your jurisdiction.
5How does the online learning platform (LMS) work?
Our LMS delivers:
• High-definition lectures
• Anatomy modules
• Procedure demonstrations
• Assessments and quizzes
• Case discussions
• Post-course mentorship
Each program may include virtual → hybrid → hands-on steps, depending on the pathway.
6What is the difference between virtual, hybrid, and hands-on learning?
Each IZENCA program clearly displays its curriculum, structure, and content when you click on the course page. In general, our training formats include:
Virtual (Theory-Only Programs)
These include our full theoretical courses such as Principles of Aesthetics.
They provide:
• Comprehensive scientific foundations
• Anatomy, safety, and assessment modules
• Theory-based video lectures
• Quizzes and assessments
No practical demonstrations are included in these theory-only courses.

They include:
• Full theoretical modules
• Step-by-step procedural videos
• Marking techniques
• Supervised practice on training models
These courses prepare learners for hands-on training (where permitted by regulation).

• Monthly Access: Continuous access to virtual or hybrid modules as long as your subscription remains active.
• Annual Access: Full access to all included virtual or hybrid content for the duration of the 12-month subscription period.
• Hands-On Components: Access to hybrid modules continues until your scheduled hands-on session is completed.
