    1. Eligibility & Professional Use

    IZENCA Academy provides educational content intended for licensed healthcare professionals, including MDs, DOs, DDS/DMDs, NPs, PAs, and nurses.
    By registering, you affirm that:

    • You are a healthcare professional or a student/trainee in a recognized medical or dental program
    • You will use the information responsibly and ethically
    • You acknowledge that training does not grant you regulatory authorization to perform procedures in your country or province

    Regulatory compliance is the responsibility of the learner.

    2. Educational Purpose Only

    The information provided by IZENCA Academy is strictly for educational purposes.
    It does not replace:

    • Licensing requirements
    • Institutional training

    IZENCA Academy, its faculty, and partners are not liable for any clinical decisions, treatments, or outcomes resulting from the use of our content.

    3. Account Responsibility

    4. Payment, Enrollment & Refund Policy

    All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
    Payments are processed securely through approved gateways.

    Refunds

    • Digital courses or online content cannot be refunded once accessed
    • Hands-on or hybrid programs may be refundable only within the stated cancellation window
    • Refunds (if approved) will be returned to the original payment method, minus processing fees

    IZENCA reserves the right to modify course pricing or availability without notice.

    5. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

    All content including videos, manuals, slides, photographs, text, recordings, quizzes, certification materials, and branding is the exclusive property of IZENCA Academy.

    You agree not to:

    • Record or screenshot course materials
    • Copy, share, or distribute content
    • Upload IZENCA content to external platforms
    • Use IZENCA branding without permission

    Violations may result in:

    • Account termination
    • Revocation of certificates
    • Legal action

    6. Course Access & LMS Rules

    Access to digital courses may include expiry dates.
    IZENCA may update, alter, or improve course content at any time.

    You may not:

    • Circumvent access restrictions
    • Copy LMS content
    • Allow others to use your account
    • Publish assessments or course materials online

    7. Certification

    Completion certificates are issued only when the learner fulfills all required components, including:

    • Attendance
    • Assessments
    • Skill demonstrations
    • Case log submissions (if applicable)

    Certificates reflect educational completion, not professional qualification or licensing.

    8. Faculty Independence & Disclaimers

    IZENCA faculty may deliver courses, workshops, masterclasses, or digital content.
    Their opinions are their own and do not necessarily represent the institution.

    IZENCA is not liable for:

    • Instructor opinions
    • Technique preferences
    • External content referenced by faculty

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, IZENCA Academy is not responsible for:

    • Technical issues or downtime
    • Errors in content
    • Misinterpretation of material
